Our Partner Schools

Since 2009, The Goddard School of Williamsburg has been providing excellent service and care to young families in the Peninsula community! And since 2023, they have been one of our flagship schools in Williamsburg, giving us an early opportunity to get started as a program before the Little Lions Club started its mission to serve all of Virginia! We're delighted to partner with their school and bring our brand of fun-based soccer directly into the classroom, and we love their Director, Ms. Melissa, and their owner Ms. Janie. We can't speak highly enough about this awesome school and what they've done for the Little Lions Club!

Williamsburg Campus Childcare provides top notch daycare to William and Mary staff, students, and affiliates. They're one of the first ever partners of the Little Lions Club, and have the highest ever percentage of students registered (100% at one point!). Their idyllic school is located in the heart of the William and Mary campus where students play and learn all day long in a safe and enriching environment!

Providence Classical is a faith-based JK-12 school with a focus on academic excellence. Their mission is to bring upstanding citizens into the world who can work hard, play hard, and live according to their faith in Christ. We are so excited to partner with Williamsburg's best classical school!

Creative Critters is a teacher-founded and family-owned learning center 15 years in the making! With multiple centers now open in the Virginia Peninsula region, they are a powerhouse of education for young learners. The Little Lions Club is thrilled to be a partner to such a cornerstone of the Virginia Peninsula's young families!

When Kensington Norge's fantastic Director Allison first reached out to us about coming to the Kensington Schools, we were delighted. Both schools have a fantastic reputation that precedes them! But when we saw their campuses – Norge's beautifully manicured large central building, and Williamsburg's sprawling brick buildings situated in a dreamy forest – we were blown away! Then we met their players, and at both locations found kids who were not only excited to play, but well-behaved and kind to boot! We are so happy to be partnered with both of these incredible schools, and know that the Lions are going to roar loud at Kensington Williamsburg AND Kensington Norge! (NOTE: Parents can register for each school separately. Program offering is for 3-5 year olds, and differs by school)

WCA is best described in their own words; "Williamsburg Christian Academy’s mission is to provide holistic and personalized instruction that inspires students to become Christ-centered leaders who serve our global community." And boy, do they deliver! Mrs. Talisha, the director of the preschool, welcomed us in with open and capable arms. We feel that their program is second to none in raising bright and responsible minds, and we're excited to be a part of their incredible environment as fellow mentors!

Led by the incredible Ms. Andie Ross and her devoted team of teachers, King of Glory Preschool rests in the gorgeous and awe-inspiring campus of King of Glory Church, right in our hometown and headquarters of Williamsburg, VA. According to their own website (we wish this was on ours!): "We believe that play is an essential part of learning and that children learn best when engaged and supported." La Petite on Lake Powell was the first La Petite in Williamsburg to take us in, and we couldn't be more grateful! There, we found an encouraging and helpful group of teachers, admins, and kids who shared our love of play! What's not to love about this awesome school! They have a great play space, and are accepting registrations now.

Under the shade of tall old trees blowing in the breeze, the Little Log Cabin's little log cabin houses the happiest preschoolers in Yorktown! They provide superb care to their kids, with plenty of playground space available for plenty of soccer (and non-soccer) related activities! Their curriculum is based on what is most important to the family – wholesome, life-affirming lessons taught in a fun way to educate and prepare our next generation for the world.

Founded and ran by the amazing family team of Melissa and Michael Pezzella, The Peninsula Academy is a family-first school that places an emphasis on top-tier educational experiences for their young ones! They welcomed us in with open arms, and at every turn have demonstrated their strong commitment to nurturing young minds. Plus, if you are lucky enough to go to this amazing school, they have some of the best-behaved guinea pigs we've ever met. Welcome, Peninsula Academy, to the Little Lions Family!

Our first partner school in historic Poquoson, Virginia, Playtime is a place like no other! Mr. Brandon invited us in warmly to see his sprawling play area behind the school, which is the perfect space for ANY size soccer game! Come and kick it with the Lions at Playtime, and you'll soon see where they get there name from. Their players are awesome, and have a ton of fun!

The newest jewel in the crown of Yorktown preschools, Primrose of Yorktown got up and running with a brand new, 13,000 sqft facility, replete with an amazing staff and award-winning curriculum in less than a year. Their founding team is filled with go-getters, who are serious about early childhood education and have gone all out to make their dream of bettering the children of Yorktown a reality. That's a mission and vision that the Little Lions can surely get behind! Their leaders, Ms. Courtney and Ms. Jessica, lead from the front, taking charge of their school and making the early childhood experience as awesome as it should be! Led by the incredible Ms. Danielle and Ms. Amanda, Childtime of Yorktown is a little slice of heaven located within a peaceful little inlet of Yorktown! Their school is filled with good-mannered, friendly, kind children and incredible staff who supports and encourages their growth! One of Newport News' finest daycare centers, Riverside Child Development and Learning Center offers a great experience for children where they learn to play and work with others in a constructive manner! Mrs. Kelly welcomed us in with open arms, and made our experience at Riverside a memorable one. With the addition of the Little Lions Club to their extracurricular activities, we look forward to providing further excitement and skill development for the newest members of the Little Lions Family!

Resurrection is a Christ-centered program with an emphasis on educating the whole child: mind, body and spirit. Their goal is to raise up their student-body to be prepared for life (and Kindergarten)! We're thrilled to join yet another fantastic Newport News school in our mission to bring soccer-based fun to Virginia's kids!

We're thrilled to partner with the wonderful First Discovery at Oyster Point! It's a gem in Newport News, and to be honest, we wish we had "discovered" them sooner. From the moment you walk through their doors, you can feel the school's passion for education. The Little Lions always believe we'd make it to space – well, we're pretty close here at La Petite NASA! This incredible school serves military and government families working on Langley. We're proud to serve our Langley families in the only way we know how – with Little Lions Pride!

The Primrose School at Edinburgh Commons began for us as a summer camp, and has morphed into a true partnership! We're proud to add Primrose EC to our list of partners in the VAB/Chesapeake area, and feel that they'll be a strong base for Little Lions across Tidewater for years to come! Greenbrier KinderCare and their outstanding Admin Team, Ms. Sierra and Ms. Amy, welcomed us in with open arms! La Petite Academy on S Independence is one of 2026's Fall additions to the Little Lions Club partners list! We are constantly trying to join more La Petite Academies because this school, like its sister schools, is filled with smiling, happy kids and incredible, helpful adults! We can't wait to see the Little Lions on the field at La Petite on Independence all year-round!

Tucked away in a cozy little corner of New Kent, the Stay and Play family is a welcome addition to the Little Lions Club! Ms. Zoey and her team are exceptional teachers and we have thoroughly enjoyed visiting their school. With an indoor/outdoor field space for all seasons, we look forward to bringing soccer to them, rain or shine!

Over at the Quinton location, we had the chance to meet the fantastic Ms. Leigh, the school's director, and the owner of both locations, Ms. Kate! Just like our experience in New Kent, we felt both welcomed and encouraged by the amazing Quinton school. If you're living in this fast-growing and amazing place, check them out ASAP!

Located in the gorgeous countryside of Virginia, just north of the Peninsula and south of Richmond, these schools are an incredible find for any family! Family owned and operated for nearly 20 years, Mrs. Kathy Gray and her team of admins and teachers are kind, calm, and patient with all of their little ones.

At the Quinton site, Ms. Keanna showed us an awesome time, bringing out some of the best-behaved kiddos for our demos. And in New Kent, Ms. Annie Gray ran a fun-friendly school, helping us to play ball in the sun! If you live in this area and need a new preschool, check one of these two out. When Mrs. Magner reached out to the Little Lions Club, we were very pleasantly surprised! This is our first opportunity to service the Special Needs community, and we couldn't be more excited.
